Changelog
Our last release restored familiar tools and introduced new ways to manage your investing activity on AngelList India, and this release builds on that work. As an investor, you now have more ways to discover deals and diversify your portfolio, sharper records of what you own, and easier ways to involve the people who help you manage it. As a GP, you have better visibility through clearer numbers, cleaner workflows, and a redesigned surface for engaging your LPs.
For Investors
Encase: With Encase, a single cheque is allocated across multiple deals based on your stage and sector preferences, giving you a diversified private market portfolio within a consent-based framework. Following a successful beta, Encase is now open to all investors.

Explore Deals: Explore Deals consolidates every active opportunity on the platform into a single view, making it easier to find and act on deals that fit your thesis without hunting across scattered pages.
Accreditation Module: You can now submit their eligibility and accreditation status from inside the platform. For investors who aren't yet accredited, our team will walk you through the process from start to finish.
Improved Documents Section: Documents are now organised by year, and you can select multiple files and export them as a single ZIP, which makes record-keeping for taxes and audits significantly faster.

Vault: Vault gives your CA, or anyone else who helps manage your account, secure and scoped access to your documents without requiring shared logins.

ISIN & Demat Unit Status: ISIN numbers and the status of whether your units have been credited to the demat account, are now visible directly on your portfolio.

For GPs
Analytics Page: GPs can now view complete portfolio metrics in one place, including DPI, TVPI, year-wise performance, and company-wise performance.

Improved Portfolio Page: The portfolio listing has been redesigned with a cleaner interface for tracking companies and the metrics that matter alongside them.
Redesigned Invites Section: Invites have been rebuilt from the ground up, including search, a WYSIWYG editor for GP notes, and a range of functional upgrades that together make sharing deals faster and more polished.
This release is another stride towards our mission of building infrastructure for private market investing in India.
Thank you for investing and building with us.
We’re excited to share the improvements we shipped in H1 2025.
Last year, we launched a new platform built from the ground up for India. This release restores familiar tools you rely on and introduces entirely new ways to manage your investing activity. Our focus remains on improving the experience for everyone on the AngelList India platform.
For Investors
Wishlists: Investors can now wishlist companies they're interested in. When allocations in these companies become available, we'll prioritise notifying investors who've wishlisted them.

Progress Indicator: Investors can now track the stage of their investment vehicle – from formation to deployment – with a new progress indicator on the deal page.
Documents Section: Investors can now access all files related to a given investment vehicle in one dedicated section, making it easier to find and reference relevant documents.

Investor Dashboards: Investors can now view performance metrics like MOIC and XIRR, with portfolios clearly organised into Commitments, Active Investments, and Exited Investments.

Improved Syndicate Discoverability: Investors can now easily find and join new, active syndicates that are accepting commitments from new-to-syndicate LPs.
For GPs
Capital Attribution: We can now attribute SPV commitments originating from the platform, enabling closer alignment of incentives between GPs and AngelList India.
Co-syndicated SPVs: Two or more GPs can now team up on one-off deals by mobilising commitments from LPs in their respective syndicates without having to merge syndicates or migrate LPs.

Engagement Analytics: Engagement analytics are back for syndicate invites, deal invites, and posts, so users can monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics.

GP Reporting: GPs will now receive real-time alerts when a portfolio company closes a financing, changes investment rights, or shares other key updates. All events are tagged, indexed, and searchable across the portfolio.

[Coming soon] Ownership Ledger: The Ownership Ledger will become the single source of truth for GPs to track price changes, rights updates, and post-round ownership across their entire SPV portfolio. Every update is time-stamped, versioned, and linked to its source documents.
For Founders
Dedicated RUV Onboarding: Founders can now launch Roll Up Vehicles (RUVs) through a dedicated onboarding flow, making setup faster and simpler.
