2. You are aware that an investment in units of the fund managed by AngelList India involves significant risk and you have the financial ability and willingness to accept such risks.

3. The investments offered on AngelList India shall, at all times, be made in consonance with the conditions and restrictions specified in the SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012 as may be amended from time to time and any other applicable laws in force in India.

4. AngelList India LLP, being the Investment Manager of the Fund, has contributed more than INR 0.50 crores across various schemes launched by the Fund towards maintaining its continuing interest in line with the provisions of Regulation 19G(2) of the SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012.
